Leadership Philosophy

The role of an Engineering Leader is not only to make good technical decisions. It is to create the conditions where Business, Product and Engineering move in the same direction, where teams understand the purpose of their work, have autonomy, trust each other and continuously improve.

Technology is a means to build great products, not an end in itself.
